By downloading, installing, or using the AIKO Tutor application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Users under the age of 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian to access and use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and password.

You are fully liable for all activities and submissions carried out under your account.

Each account is allocated a complimentary daily quota for homework grading. This quota may be adjusted at our discretion.

AIKO reserves the right to restrict or suspend quotas if misuse, automated scraping, or system abuse is detected.

You may only upload legitimate photos of elementary English learning exercises and worksheets.

Uploading unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or third-party copyright-infringing content is strictly prohibited.

By submitting homework photos, you grant AIKO permission to process and analyze the images solely to provide grading and practice features.

Grading outputs, mistake breakdowns, and practice items generated by AI are provided for educational reference only and may contain errors.

AIKO disclaims liability for academic decisions or evaluations made in sole reliance on AI output.

The Aiko mascot, character artwork, user interface, audio, graphics, and underlying software are the property of the AIKO Tutor developer.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited without prior written authorization.

AIKO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Users may request account deletion at any time in accordance with Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect legal changes and application enhancements.

Substantive revisions will be communicated within the application or updated publicly on this website.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Any disputes arising hereunder shall primarily be resolved through amicable negotiation and conciliation.
